- 1+ years of call center experience, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, or home services.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills โ you know how to build rapport fast.

- A team player who's positive, coachable, and ready to contribute.
- Comfortable using call center software/CRMs (weโll train on specifics).
